Privacy notice

1. Who is responsible for your data

Nexxus Creative is the creative agency of NEXXUS TECHNOLOGY S.A.S. DE C.V., a Salvadoran company with its address at Col. San Benito, Calle La Mascota, Edificio #533, San Salvador, El Salvador. That company is responsible for the personal data we receive through this site.

We process your data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of El Salvador. This notice is a translation of the Spanish version; if they differ, the Spanish version prevails.

2. What data we collect

• What you write in the contact form: your name, your company, your email, your phone number if you leave it, the service you are interested in and your message.
• If you check the news box, that preference. The box comes unchecked and is separate from the one that accepts this notice.
• A record of your submission: the date and time, the version of this notice you accepted, the browser you wrote from and a fingerprint of your IP address. The fingerprint is an irreversible code used to stop abusive submissions; we do not store your IP address.
• The result of the form’s anti-bot check. To run it, the provider of that check receives your connection’s IP address and technical data from your browser; we only store whether the check passed or not.

This site does not use cookies, does not store anything in your browser and has no analytics or advertising tools. The provider that hosts the site processes your connection’s IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks; we do not store it.

3. What we use it for

• To answer your request and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal.
• To send you news from Nexxus Creative, only if you checked that box.
• To protect the form from abuse and spam.

The legal basis is your consent: the one you give by checking this notice’s box to send the form and, separately, the one for news. You can withdraw either of them at any time. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for anything else.

4. Who else receives it

For the site to work, we rely on providers that process your data on our behalf and only to provide their service to us: hosting for the site and for the database where your request is stored, the anti-bot check, and sending the notice of your request to our email. Those services may be located outside El Salvador, including in the United States.

Apart from those providers, we only share your data if a competent authority requires it under the law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your request for 24 months from the day we receive it. After that period, it is automatically deleted from our database. The notice that reaches our email is deleted under the same rule.

If you hire us, the data needed for the work becomes part of that relationship and is governed by the contract. If you ask us to delete it earlier, we delete it.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to see the data we have about you, correct it, delete it, object to its use or withdraw your consent. Email us at contacto@nexxus-creative.com with the subject «Privacy», from the same email you used in the form, so we can confirm it is you. We reply within the deadlines set by law.

7. How we protect it

The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your IP address is not stored, only its fingerprint, and requests can only be accessed by the Nexxus people who handle them.

8. Minors

This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not ask for data from minors; if a minor writes to us, we delete the request.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we publish the new version here with its date. Each request stores the version you accepted when you sent it.
